Course Methodology

The only requirement for this course is to have the willingness to take it. If you have access to the Internet, you can visit the  website, find there the web pages of this course, and begin studying the content of each topic covered. Wherever possible, we have included review questions that will help you evaluate your own progress. If you have doubts, you can e-mail your questions to the person responsible for the topic, or to the main responsible of the course. You can eventually arrange for a personal interview that can help you broad your knowledge.
If you wish to use part of the material posted in this course with the goal of promoting Quality Management and GAP, you can do so freely. You may take any text or image that can help you during presentations. Direct use of this website for a presentation is also allowed.
